The Architectural Review Board meetings are held according to the official ARB Calendar. Meetings are open to all community members. The homeowner requesting a change may attend to present their application.

Meetings are scheduled for the first Monday of each month if requests are pending. Additional meetings are scheduled 48 hours in advance to expedite requests. Review the official calendar for notices, changes, and minutes.

ARB REVIEW PROCESS
Online ARB Form - Request for Change

An application (request for change) must be submitted at least 1 week prior to a scheduled meeting. Applications received after the deadline will be reviewed at the next scheduled meeting.

1. If an Application for ARB review is received 

A. The application is posted on the Calendar as an agenda item.
B. All ARB members are notified 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
C. The meeting takes place.
D. The meeting minutes are posted on the Calendar.
E. The applicant will receive permission or denial notice within 48 hours after the ARB meeting.

2. If No Application is received
The meeting is automatically cancelled.

Fill out an ARB Form (online or a paper copy) and follow all instructions on the form.
